GMAR Party Starter

I was asked by The Greater Milwaukee Association of Realtors® to create a 30-second spot to follow the president's introduction for their anniversary celebration. I was given a handful of old photos and memorabilia and was told, "It should be an upbeat opener to get people excited about the night filled with cocktails, appetizers and fun." I was told that it would be a crowd used to slide decks and corporate literature so if I could make it upbeat and inject a little humor, even better. The client was so happy with the initial spot, I was asked to lengthen it to a full 4-minute spot.
